International Student Concierge
Our bespoke Concierge Service is designed to help students moving to NYC for the first time to get set up, settled in, and start thriving! We handle the essentials, like finding accommodation (we have a licensed realtor on staff), getting you a US bank account and cell phone, as well as the social side of relocating - at our networking events, you’ll meet students from Columbia University, The New School, CUNY, NYU, St. Francis and more! We’ll also invite you to experience American culture first-hand, via meals with local families, for when you’re craving home cooking!
Think of us as an aunty. We’re here through thick and thin: in the unfortunate case that you have a medical, housing or personal emergency - we’ll be on-call and on-hand to help. We’re a check-in point for worried parents, a go-to and ambassador for students, and a chat over coffee whenever you need it.

Our foundational concierge package - everything you need to get set-up and going in the USA. We’ll be on hand before you arrive, and once you do, to help with the following:

Home from Home - $750
Our Home from Home package is designed to make your move absolutely seamless, so that you can focus on the exciting pursuit of studying in NYC! It includes everything in our Essentials package, plus a personal airport pickup and fun social engagements! It covers:
Opening a US bank account
Finding housing and setting up utilities
Organizing health insurance and getting access to the medication you need
Getting a US phone and contract
Making travel arrangements
Personal airport pickup in SUV
We’ll be your US emergency contact

The Seasonal Package - $2500
This is a comprehensive, semester-long concierge service. It includes:
Opening a US bank account
Finding housing and setting up utilities
Organizing health insurance and getting access to the medication you need
Getting a US phone and contract
Making travel arrangements
Personal airport pickup in SUV
We’ll be your US emergency contact
Go-to: we’ll be on-call to assist you should you have any type of emergency in NYC; medical, housing, accident, etc. Just give us a call!
Check-in: we’ll be a personal check-in point for worried parents
Ambassador: should you have any trouble getting the support or access to resources you need from your college, we’ll be your ambassador; we’ll help you identify what you need and how to get it, and assist you in communicating with your school.

Annual Package - $4500
All of our services for the entire academic year. It covers:

Tutoring - $60 per hour
We also offer ESL specific tutoring, proofreading and one-on-one support with your academic work, on an hourly basis.
Domestic Student Package - $1500 seasonal or $2750 annual
Maybe you’re not an international student, but you’re still leaving home for the first time, and moving to New York City, where you don’t know anyone! We have a concierge service designed just for you. It covers:
